Commercial Roofing and Business Affiliations and Associations
As the leading provider of commercial roofing services in the Midwest, Sherriff-Goslin relies upon a number of organizations for support. The following organizations play an integral role in our continued excellence, growth, and safety in the field of commercial roofing.
The NFCA represents contractors who install passive fireproofing products to protect building structural materials from fire and manufacturers who provide those products. Member contractors install sprayed fireproofing, intumescent coatings, and fireproofing board products. Contractors are approved to install these materials by fireproofing product manufacturers and some are covered by the UL Qualified Contractor Program.
The Better Business Bureau (BBB), founded in 1912, is a corporation consisting of several private business franchises of local BBB organizations based in the United States and Canada, which work together through the Council of Better Business Bureaus (CBBB). The goal of the BBB is to foster a fair and effective marketplace, so that buyers and sellers can trust each other (“Start With Trust”). Many BBB services can be accessed online through their website.
The Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA) is an association of roofing contractors who have joined together to develop and administer programs and services that help member companies build their businesses, save money, and continually work to improve the roofing industry.
The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) is one of the construction industry’s most respected trade associations and the voice of roofing professionals and leading authority in the roofing industry for information, education, technology, and advocacy.
